Thea Dunmire

Thea Dunmire specializes in assisting organizations with the implementation of integrated management systems, development of internal audit programs and and compliance with EHS legal requirements.

Thea is a certified industrial hygienist, certified safety professional and certified EMS Lead Auditor. She has been active in the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) for over 25 years and is an AIHA Fellow.

She is active in international standards development. She participated in drafting the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard and in the revision of ISO 19011:2011. She is currently active in the revision of ISO 14001 and the development of ISO 45001. She is the Chair of the ANSI-Z1 Subcommittee on Auditing.

Thea is a frequent speaker on topics related to management system implementation, sustainability, auditing and international standards development. In January 2012, she was included in the ISHN’s Power 101 list of leaders in the environmental health and safety world.

Steve Fogarty

Steve Fogarty is an experienced technical writer who assists organizations in developing a wide range of R2 documentation including:

Steve has over ten years of experience as an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager with large manufacturing operations. He is also a Facility Managers Certified Professional (FMP), EMS (ISO 14001) Auditor and State Licensed Lead Inspector.
